Week 1

New Layout

We will begin by moving over all essential content from the current site into a brand new layout and platform. Changes and additions from our meeting will be applied in this phase as well.


Week 2

New Content

This phase is where we will finish the new video project, revamp sections like Education/Resources and Outreach/Events and nail down the process for new blog posts/newsletters.


Week 3

Finalize New Content and Layout

There are always things that come up along the way and that is to be expected. This phase is for getting new photos or video content that we may want to use this project as an excuse to gather. We can also use this phase for new design/brand content that we want to use this new website to establish/announce.


Week 4

Final edits and publish the new site

Assuming that there are others with some investment in the end result of this project such as those that will be making edits/additions, donors etc... We will use this phase to address any concerns and make sure that the processes for adding/editing content is ironed out and understood.

  • Clips with and w/o audio - For Social and Digital Advertising

  • Audio only Clips for digital and radio promotion

Website Redesign - $5,500 $3,250

  • Move and redesign current website content

  • Refine content - Adding new and cleaning up existing content.

  • Set up for the future - The capabilities and ease of use in the new website will add value to the brand for years to come. No longer will website edits or additions be like pulling teeth. Additions, edits and even redesigns will become a joy, rather than a painful drawn out process!
