{Guru Importer Video}

Below are a couple of examples that help to demonstrate the direction I would like to take this project. We will be creating a much fuller video that includes more interview/audio, but visually I think that these videos communicate the vision that I have in mind.

Below is a proposed timeline for completing 2 videos that present the Guru Importer software. One video is meant to be a more technical approach while the other will serve a more wide-scale purpose as a way of helping prospective customers understand the value and capabilities of the product.

Additionally, I have included a handful of video projects that I have done in the past that demonstrate animation, videography, audio and design.

{timeline}

Week 1

Prep Cooking

Get any new footage, audio, graphic content and context that I need. I will develop and present the outline the project. Initial editing will begin.

Weeks 2-3

Computer Time

This is the ass in seat process. All video, photo and graphical content has been collected/shot/developed and video assembly begins. I will submit a rough draft for review. Edits/additions will be applied and a refined draft will be produced.

Week 4

Fine Tuning

Here is where I will present finished content for last look rounds of edits. I will make those edits and send for review and final approval.

Week 5

Finish/Next?

Project is complete and we are happy with everything. Now I will generate all of the clips and deliver organized bundle of content. All clips, full videos and graphic content will be organized and delivered on a flash drive and a digital transfer.

We can also discuss what comes next..

{Eaton Roofing}

Drone footage, animation and audio.

{Eaton Roofing}

A year in review video meant to highlight the massive amount of work completed, and the people behind the work.

{Bergkamp Construction}

A short video intended to be used for presentations in order to communicate the scale of Bergkamp Construction’s capabilities.

{Bright House}

Interview Audio, graphic design, animation, videography and footage submitted by the client all edited into cohesive piece.

{Headstart}

An example of animation and design work, which I anticipate will be a large portion of this project.

Pricing

Main Project (2 videos) - $2,500

  • $1,250 due at start of project. The remaining $1,250 will not be due until the completion of all deliverables.

  • Typically, the agency rate for video production is about $1,000 per finished minute, but I think I am comfortable doing this at about $350 per finished minute of video.

  • Planning on 3-5 minutes for the main video

  • Planning on 2-4 minutes for the nuts and bolts video

Marketing Video Update - $TBD

  • I have found that I can best serve my clients by outlining a retainer fee, either quarterly or annually.

  • This allows us to plan out all of the projects that we would like to achieve and then space out the payments over a span of months. In this case, it would be a front loaded agreement with a large amount of the hours put in during the first month or two, but we could space it out over 4 months. This allows for the main video project, the marketing video project and any other branding or advertising you would like to have done all to be done cohesively and without a huge upfront hit to the cash flow.

  • I would propose a 5 month $900 retainer, starting in August that runs through the end of the year. This would allow us to do the main product videos, a new marketing video, complete build out of the brand identity, website work, photography and even social media.

  • After the initial $4,500/5-month agreement we could re-evaluate where the company’s needs are promotionally and hit the pause button, rework a new agreement etc…

Chris,

I truly appreciate your time and consideration in engaging me and reading through my proposal. I hope it hits the nail on the head and gets you excited about the future.

Next, I’d love to hop on a call or we can meet again in person to discuss in more detail the timeline and hash out any questions you have.

Thank you,
Alex Iseman
